Our Vision

Our job is to get you that high standard residence; create rewarding investment deals for you; and provide you with repossession property solutions. We also focus on bringing tired and empty homes to live. Our vendor and investor relationships are fantastic as we have a door-to-door and face-to-face approach in finding, creating and discussing deals.
With a shortage of homes, we believe that empty properties should be hunted and transformed into beautiful homes. We have specialised in transforming these properties and updating them into contemporary model homes in the UK.
We also feel your pain when you lose your home to a repossession order. We specialise in stopping your home from being repossessed by intervening at a good time, providing a solution and stopping your home from being repossessed.

Our Story
The Team at Model-Property have together put in about a sixty six years (66yrs) of labour, happily working for others. They have and continue to work in the public sector like the NHS, Secondary Education, and Local Government. They have also worked in the Private Sector and promoted several businesses for their employees. It has been a wonderful experience for all team members doing those jobs. But I guess, like most of you, none of them have succeeded to save enough for a future pension. None of them have managed to save enough for their children by working for the establishments. We all work very long hours and receive very little back. And something must change.
Model-Property has been set up as a platform for creating a comfortable investment for our investors and vendors. It promises a brighter future for its members, kids and friends. Louistas (Louis) Nyuyse
CEO and Founder
With a massive International property development experience, Louis is full of passion and determination for promoting UK property investment portfolios. He has used this experience to immerse himself into the UK property market with the determination to build a property empire.
Louis’s unflinching bargaining power means he will always get the best deal. His highly convincing arguments and determination to succeed is an intrinsic part of his daily life after perfecting these skills as a UK secondary school teacher for 12 years. His outstanding professionalism led him to advertise for Teacher’s TV for Six years.
His Five-year Experience as a Healthcare professional has also led him to a firm belief in providing housing to more homeless people, hence his determination to bring more empty homes to use. Louis also finds great joy and comfort in ethical publications and keen to promote an ethical property investment community.
Louis is genuinely a Community and common-good oriented principled person. Part of his passion is to assist as many people as possible to become investors and positively influence their communities.
Gene Bovell
Projects Director
Gene Bovell began her property investment journey 30 years ago when she bought her investment property in London. She became financially free through that property and committed most of her time volunteering to help others achieve their goals in dancing and fundraising.
Today Gene is an owner of four large properties in London, and the proprietor of an AirBnB. She is the manager of these huge properties and the AirBnB.
Her Interests include dancing, keeping fit, fundraising, reading and working with senior citizens. She takes dance classes and cooking for senior citizens very seriously.
Gene is motivated by Community building, keeping fit, the development of underprivileged communities and elderly people.
Gene keeps us focused on the pennies and ensures that projects are managed efficiently.
Michael Matthews
Builder
Mike can literally tell you the weight of a brick just by looking at it. He started his property journey as a bricklayer in 1995, working on various sites: small to large, residential to commercial. He became very successful and was recommended to work with Trading Standards in 2001. He excelled therein,
built up funds and started his own business. In 2007 he set up the MM Building and Construction company. He has since been busy working on General Building Projects.
He excels in Extensions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms and has specialised in these for residential properties although capable of handling commercial projects with the same standards.
Mike has always been interested in property, and how they can be developed and modernised to model and desirable homes.
His motivation comes from seeing abandoned or smelly boxes being transformed to liveable spaces and model homes. As a family man he is a great example to follow – his dedication to family and work are exemplary.
Mike is our Main Builder and onsite manager for all projects.
